Die Aus\u00fcbung der sieben Hirnaktivit\u00e4ten soll sich positiv auf die Neuroplastizit\u00e4t des Gehirns auswirken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr einen \u201egesunden Geist\u201c sei es g\u00fcnstig, sieben verschiedene Hirnaktivit\u00e4ten t\u00e4glich auszu\u00fcben. Dies st\u00e4rke die Verkn\u00fcpfungen einzelner Hirnfunktionen. Er nennt dies das \u201eIntegrieren in den Alltag\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Siegel betont den systemischen Aspekt des K\u00f6rpers und die besondere Bedeutung, welche die Verbindungen der einzelnen Aktivit\u00e4ten mit den unterschiedlichen Hirnregionen herstellen.
